About Free Wine Tasting Events:
We do not charge an up-front fee for wine tasting, but we do expect you will purchase some wine in the store. You are not obligated to purchase the wine being tasted - there are 400 wines in the store to choose from, starting as low as $6 per bottle. If you are not making any purchase in the store, we do ask for your contribution of $5. Thank you!
Special Event: Friday, May 9, 6:00 PM Wine Dinner: Dinner provided by Cheese & Crackers, and served in the cozy loft. Limited seating. $60.00 per person. Five courses, a different wine with each course. Our wine guest is Lenny Wiser of McClaskey's Fine Wines. Reservations and payment in advance required, please call store 541-547-5275 or email for details.

Sat, May 10, 1-4pm: Washington & California Wines. Meet Dave Tomsic of Divine Wines and enjoy samples from Stonecap, Canyon's Edge, and Happy Camper.
Sat, May 17, 1-4pm: Dylan's Run of Eugene. Meet Brant and Teresa and enjoy samples of organic wine. Dylan's Run uses sustainable farming practices.
Fri, May 23: Gourmet Lady 4th Anniversary. Stop in anytime 11-5 for a ship of champagne.
Sat, May 24, 1-4: Organic Wines. Enjoy organic wines from near and afar. Meet Ernie Denogeon, a favorite guest of The Wine Place.
Sun, May 25, 1-4p;m: Reds from Around the World. Meet Lenny Wiser of McClaskey's Fine Wines, and treat your senses to a global overview of red wines. With his extensive food and wine background, Lenny is a great resource for your food/wine pairing questions.
